Science Communicators

The Edinburgh International Science Festival are now recruiting people to work as 'science communicators' running practical workshops at their family venue. They are looking for outgoing people who are excellent communicators and who enjoy working with parents and children aged 3-12 years. Previous experience is not necessary; knowledge and an interest in science or technology is useful but not a requirement. An ability to work hard and retain your sense of humour is essential.

Daily Rate: £47

Box Office and Front of House Staff

The Edinburgh International Science Festival are looking for friendly, organised and reliable staff with excellent customer service skills to work as Box Office and Front of House staff at City Art Centre and at venues for the Big Ideas programme. You will be vital members of the team at the Edinburgh International Science Festival. Working at City Art Centre will involve a great deal of interaction with families, who may have a wide range of requests and needs.

Hourly Rate: £5.80
