Interconnect at the HEA Employability Conference
As Interconnect comes to the end of our first period of funding, we are obviously keen to let people know about what Interconnect has achieved over the last 3 years as well as the learning along the way. To start this process off Allison Johnstone (Interconnect Co-ordinator) and Linda Somerville (Manager of the Scottish Resource CEntre for Women in SET) attended the HEA Employability Conference at Heriot Watt University on the 10th June, along with Emma Hamilton & Alexis Heeren (Interconnect Student Champions) and Nicola Pellow (Secretarty, Interconnect Strathclyde). The group presented a poster of the projects work, highlighting the achivements and impact of the network since its inception as well as hosting a workshop focusing on engagement of students, universities and employers.
