Looking for a job? Got an interview coming up?
At some point you will go through a formal recruitment process. This starts with an application or CV, includes an interview, perhaps and assessment and hopefully a job offer at the end! The process gives the company to which you are applying the opportunity to assess you against their selection criteria. It also gives you the chance to try them out for size - how does it feel being in their offices? What are the people like you are meeting?
